2 sticks of browned butter
1 cup dark brown sugar
1/2 cup white sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
1 tsp vanilla
2 cups all purpose flour
1/2 cup bread flour
1 bar semi sweet chocolate (chopped into chunks)
1 bag milk chocolate chips
Start by browning your butter. Then let the butter cool. Once it’s cool add it to a bowl with your brown and white sugar and cream them together. Then add your eggs 1 at a time. Then add flour, vanilla, and baking soda and mix together. Once its incorporated add the chocolate. Then scoop the cookies onto parchment paper and stick them in the freezer for 15-20 minutes or refrigerate over night. Once the cookies have cooled, preheat the oven to 350 and bake the cookies for 10-12 minutes.
